Please include the following information in your request:

• A clear photo of the product (showing the defect, if any).
• Your city and full address.
• Your order number.

3️⃣ Approval & Process

• Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 business days from the date of receiving the order.
• Requests will be reviewed and responded to within 3 business days.
• Once approved, a courier will be sent to collect the item within 3 to 5 business days.

4️⃣ Cases Eligible for Full Refund

A full refund will be issued in the following cases:

• If the product is damaged or has a clear manufacturing defect.
• If the product is completely different from the description on the product page.

5️⃣ Exceptions Not Covered by This Policy

• We are not responsible for any expectations not explicitly stated in the product description.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling cannot be returned or exchanged.

6️⃣ Non-Acceptance Policy (FlexShip)

If the customer refuses to accept the order upon delivery for any reason, a processing fee of EGP 100 will be applied to cover shipping and service costs.

This fee will be automatically deducted from any refundable amount and only applies if successfully collected by the shipping company.
